Medline’s SorbaView® 2000 Securement Dressing with 2-Part HubGuard stays securely in place for long wear times, meeting hospital protocols while conforming and responding to body contours. As a window dressing, SorbaView 2000 is recommended for use during paediatric, arterial and peripheral IV procedures. The protective, transparent film dressing creates an occlusive barrier against bacteria, viruses and other contaminants, but not to moisture vapour or other normal gases. This is due to an innovative multi-layer construction. The infusion site is kept dry, thanks to an integrated pad that wicks moisture away.
